Service Description

Yoga is a practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health and well-being. A regular yoga practice can promote endurance, strength, calmness, flexibility, and well-being. You can learn the essential building blocks and principles of yoga, providing a strong base from which you can grow your yoga skill. Both beginners or anyone who wants to deepen their core principles are welcome.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to the need for last-minute cancellations. We kindly ask members to cancel at least 6 hours prior to the start of the class or 12 hours before if the class starts before/at 9:00 AM. Cancellations made after the designated time will incur 50% cancellation fee within 6 hours and 100% full charge for that session within 4 hours. No refund available for cancellation less than 4 hours prior to scheduled commencement time or no show without prior notice.
