Mat Pilates
Pilates incorporates simple, repetitive exercises that promote muscular exertion, making it ideal for strength and core body training. It range from gentle strengthening suitable for rehabilitation to intense workouts designed to challenge even the most skilled athletes!

Aerial Yoga
Enjoy a unique mix of yoga and pilates poses with a hammock. Aerial classes improve flexibility, stability, and balance, with a workout burning approximately 300 calories in 50 minutes. We offer various classes, including Strength & Flexibility, Aerial Fitness, and Low Aerial Stretching etc.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a calming style designed to heal and prevent stress. In this practice, each Asana is held longer than in conventional yoga, often with the aid of props like folded blankets, to help relax the body and alleviate. This approach prepares practitioners for Pranayama, a passive, meditative form of yoga that emphasizes breath while releasing tension in the body.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that focuses on holding poses for extended periods, from 3 to 5 minutes or more, to stretch the deep connective tissues (ligaments, joints, and fascia), improving flexibility, increasing range of motion, reducing stress, and promoting relaxation. It's an ideal for people of all ages and abilities.

Bonnie is a dedicated practitioner who began her yoga journey 10 years ago, fueled by a deep-seated curiosity about the transformative power of yoga. What started as a personal inquiry into mental and physical healing evolved into a mission a few years later to facilitate self-growth for others. Having experienced a life-changing benefits of a consistent practice, she is passionate about guiding others toward achieving their personal goals through mindful movement and precise alignment.
Bonnie is passionate about self-growth and healing. She continues to expand her skills further to be a Singing Bowl Healing Instructor, allowing her to guide students from dynamic Yang practices to deep Yin relaxation. Bonnie teaches in Cantonese and English and is also proficient in Japanese and Mandarin. She is spontaneous and easy-going, enjoys hiking, outdoor yoga, spending time in nature, cooking and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She firmly believes, “Nothing is impossible. Don’t limit yourself by what you possess or what you can’t. Just believe in yourself.”
