Service Description
Mat Pilates is a pilates training practice that can be done on a mat. It is an effective way to increase body awareness, tone your entire body, enhance flexibility, improve posture, and improve overall well-being. Exercises can be gentle strength training for rehabilitation or strenuous workout vigorous enough to challenge skilled athletes.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to the need for last-minute cancellations. We kindly ask members to cancel at least 6 hours prior to the start of the class or 12 hours before if the class starts before/at 9:00 AM. Cancellations made after the designated time will incur 50% cancellation fee within 6 hours and 100% full charge for that session within 4 hours. No refund available for cancellation less than 4 hours prior to scheduled commencement time or no show without prior notice.
