Service Description

Practicing Ashtanga yoga sequences in the morning can help you start your day energized and improve your circulation. Yoga provides a way to stretch out the still muscles and get oxygen and blood to them so you are full of energy during the day. We suggest you to do morning yoga on an empty stomach. Let's start to make morning yoga practice a habit on the weekends, allowing the body to get into the energetic vibes together, increasing the health of both body and mind immensely.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to the need for last-minute cancellations. We kindly ask members to cancel at least 6 hours prior to the start of the class or 12 hours before if the class starts before/at 9:00 AM. Cancellations made after the designated time will incur 50% cancellation fee within 6 hours and 100% full charge for that session within 4 hours. No refund available for cancellation less than 4 hours prior to scheduled commencement time or no show without prior notice.
