Service Description

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese Daoist practice, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other yoga styles. Yin yoga offers numerous benefits, including improved flexibility, reduced stress and anxiety, enhanced circulation, and better sleep, achieved through long-held, meditative poses that target connective tissues (hence ligaments, tendons, fascia).

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to the need for last-minute cancellations. We kindly ask members to cancel at least 6 hours prior to the start of the class or 12 hours before if the class starts before/at 9:00 AM. Cancellations made after the designated time will incur 50% cancellation fee within 6 hours and 100% full charge for that session within 4 hours. No refund available for cancellation less than 4 hours prior to scheduled commencement time or no show without prior notice.
